1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PandaPress, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Description of Service
PandaPress provides an online image compression service. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that PandaPress assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
3. User Account
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed securely via Creem.io. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. By purchasing credits, you agree to our Refund Policy, which states that all sales of digital goods are final.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PandaPress, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
