By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read the service description and agree to these terms. Credits never expire, so you can use them at your own pace.

Exceptional Circumstances

We generally do not offer refunds. However, if you believe you have been charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge) or have not received your credits after payment, please contact us immediately.

• Non-delivery of credits: If credits are not added to your account within 1 hour of purchase, please contact support with your transaction details.
• Technical issues: If the service is completely unavailable for an extended period, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
